For my own photography business, I’ve designed and refined my brand’s entire marketing approach. From creating client welcome packets to investment sheets, I’ve built a system that communicates my value to clients and streamlines their experience. Managing all aspects of my business’s branding has strengthened my ability to create cohesive, customer-focused content that represents my business and engages my audience.

As an intern at Vox Press, a prison reform nonprofit, I took on the pivotal role of branding and website redesign, transforming the organization’s digital presence. I also laid out and edited an entire book, Seeking Self at Prison, showcasing my editorial abilities and attention to detail. This project provided valuable experience in designing meaningful content for a cause and bringing a publication to life from start to finish.

At JAW Media, I supported three clients’ social media engagement through timely and engaging content, contributing to a notable increase in follower interaction and brand awareness. I maintained seamless communication with a team of 15, ensuring our strategies were consistent and aligned with clients’ goals. This experience taught me the importance of collaboration in delivering impactful social media campaigns that drive results.

During my internship with LeadAbroad, I wore many hats—coordinating photoshoots, pitching sales to college students, and managing a digital marketing portfolio. I provided tailored content to engage college students, designed impactful visuals, and increased engagement through a mix of content and strategy. By creating content for multiple audiences, I honed my skills in adaptability, creative storytelling, and the ability to market experiences authentically.

In my coursework, I’ve designed full-scale marketing campaigns for brands like Domino’s, Lost Dog Coffee, and Rowan Oak, where I developed strategies from scratch, including creative, PR, and digital elements. I’ve also led two successful student government campaigns for homecoming queen and student body president, where my marketing strategy and public relations efforts resulted in both candidates winning their races.
